Markets remain extremely sensitive to these themes, totally snubbing market movers of a few months ago: tapering, interest rates and liquidity. Scare of a "return to the past" has brought to the memory of investors very traumatic memories: explosion of volatility in 2020 with collapse caused by pandemic has changed the scenario on financial markets. Since last Friday, we have been at mercy of this new variant and even Powell's words (talking about implementing a "fast tapering") seem not to interest operators, worried about having to revise all macro data downwards. Also the Fear & Greed index signals "extreme fear", even if we have not yet reached a bottom that could tempt the buy on dip lovers, located in 10 area.

I mercati rimangono estremamente sensibili a questi temi snobbando totalmente il market mover di alcun mesi fa: tapering, tassi d’interesse e liquidità. Lo spavento di un “ritorno al passato” ha portato alla memoria degli investitori ricordi molto traumatici: l’esplosione della volatilità del 2020 con il crollo causato dalla pandemia ha mutato lo scenario sui mercati finanziari. Da venerdì scorso siamo in balia di questa nuova variante e anche le parole di Powell (che parla di mettere in atto un “fast tapering”) sembrano non interessare gli operatori, preoccupati di dover rivedere tutti i dati macro al ribasso. Anche l’indicatore Fear & Greed index segnala “extreme fear”, anche se ancora non abbiamo raggiunto un bottom che potrebbe ingolosire gli amanti del buy on dip, posto in area 10.

After yesterday's bearish reverse the markets try a recovery that breaks at 15400 (key level 15389). We are still in trading range, but if we widen the view for a moment (look at the weekly chart) everything is clearer.

2021-12-01 13:30:51 WHAT TO EXPECT (DAX VIEW)

Volatility is dropping slightly & we're working within this trading range of just over 500 points. As long as we're stationary here inside only intraday trading taking advantage of opportunities with our Daily pills of DAX trading room or stay flat.

A directional movement on DAX is expected basically by breaking top-range to reach & cover target area 15539/660 in extension 15781 (key level). Also remember watershed 15389: above this level look for buy opportunities, sell below. It's not a good time for long-term traders.

In case of bearish breakout on DAX of 14900, the best area we have reported several times is 14800, then 14647 and 2 areas of volumetric concentration 14400/100. At the moment this is all, updates during the session and subscribe to the Newsletter (new one coming soon)!

La volatilità sta leggermente calando e stiamo lavorando all'interno di questo trading range di poco più di 500 punti. Finchè siamo fermi qui dentro solo trading intraday sfruttando le occasioni con la nostra trading room Daily pills of DAX oppure stare fermi.

Un movimento direzionale è atteso banalmente rompendo il range nella parte alta per raggiungere e ricoprire l'area target 15539/5660 in estensione 15781 (livello chiave). Ricordiamo inoltre lo spartiacque 15389: sopra questo livello cercare opportunità long, sotto short.

2021-11-30 19:35:00 Tips: How to manage losing positions

I know many of you are stuck in upside positions on DAX from feedback we receive and positioning of retails. I have been giving alert for many weeks now and as usual everyone wants to make easy gains by "breakout" or playing "buy on dip".

Let's be careful: bearish wave may not be over. If you have very high average prices on DAX there are 2 solutions:

close all positions and accept loss (easier);

freeze positions with hedging strategy and manage trade when volatility decreases (more complicated).

Volumes & Master Time Cycle of DAX don't give positive indications at the moment and we are at mercy of exogenous news could intensify the movement started last Friday. Let's pay attention because these are margin call days: no one can know more than you how painful this is!

Suggerimenti: Come gestire le posizioni in perdita

So che molti di voi sono bloccati in posizioni al rialzo sul DAX dai feedback che riceviamo e dal posizionamento dei retails. Sto dando l'allarme da molte settimane e come al solito tutti vogliono fare facili guadagni con i "breakout" o giocando al "buy on dip".

Facciamo attenzione: l'onda ribassista potrebbe non essere finita. Se avete prezzi medi molto alti su DAX ci sono 2 soluzioni:

chiudere tutte le posizioni e accettare la perdita (più facile);

congelare le posizioni con una strategia di copertura e gestire il trade quando la volatilità diminuisce (più complicato).

Volumi e Master Time Cycle del DAX non danno indicazioni positive al momento e siamo in balia di notizie esogene che potrebbero intensificare il movimento iniziato venerdì scorso. Impulsive move was mostly made during the overnight session. Volatility remains high and today's working range is between 15418 and 15297. Above we have target 15539/660 while below the ideal landing area is 14814, bottom from which to restart for Christmas rally.

Breaks lower would open up price falls far from current levels. The scenario must be analyzed day by day.
