THE LAST SWING OF THE DAX

Approximately one month ago the DAX made an all-time high: at the beginning of May the low of the period which delimits the trading range in which we are now. The weak opening of this week defines a lower high which on a technical level represents a sign of weakness. The midpoint and therefore the support of this swing is in the 15.190 / 15.150 area: it will be very important to verify the holding of this price zone. Retracements up to 14.760 area are to be considered as natural, which would not change the long term bullish scenario. The extension level we touched tonight was the last level reported last week (15.451) before the ATH.

Supports 15.325 / 15.263 / 15.200

Circa un mese fa sul DAX è stato messo a segno il massimo storico: ad inizio maggio il minimo di periodo che delimita il trading range in cui siamo adesso. L'apertura debole di questa settimana definisce un massimo inferiore che a livello tecnico rappresenta un segnale di debolezza. Il punto medio e quindi di supporto di questo swing è in area 15,190 / 15,150: molto importante sarà verificare la tenuta di questa zona di prezzo. Rintracciamenti fino in area 14,760 sono da considerarsi come naturali, che non cambierebbero lo scenario rialzista di lungo periodo. Il livello di estensione che abbiamo toccato questa notte era l'ultimo livello segnalato la settimana scorsa (15,451) prima del ATH.
