The soil is blue marl with calcareous clay
South West exposure

The juice ferments with skins in steel tank for 60 day, then 24 months in oak, some part in big botti some in 500 Lt. tonneaux. Then also 6 months in bottle before selling.

Very intense aroma of morello cherry and a touch of violet.
Black pepper spice note, some liquirice.

Color is very brilliant with garnet red shades.

Is a perfect wine for red meat and very aged cheeses.

A wine from one of the most important cru in Barbaresco and Langhe Area.
