I’m very pleased to announce my forthcoming composition, ‘Qarabağımsan (Land of the Nightingales’). With allusions to symphonic mugham, it’s a work of love and longing for the eternal beauty of Karabakh, and I’m joined in its performance by outstanding musicians from Azerbaijan.
