1st beast is the spirit of the Lion whose eagles wings were plucked up. It might represent Jesus Christ, the Lion of Judah who manifests through His true church on the earth. His eagle’s wings that represent freedom have been plucked up in this time we live in. Freedom has been stolen from US and other God’s nations and peoples who have been enslaved by NWO and their Babylonian system. But very soon this Lion will rise up and a heart of man will be given to him according to the vision. This could mean that very soon Jesus will manifest physically through His remnant church in great power, authority and glory (Isaiah 60).
2nd beast is the spirit of the BEAR who represents today’s Russia. The bear in the vision had 3 ribs and was told to devour much flesh. This is what Russia is doing right now, killing many people. I believe Ukraine is just the start.
3rd beast - is the spirit of the Lepard with 4 wings and 4 heads - I am not sure yet who it represents, possibly China, Iran and a few others in their coalition.
4th beast - is the current New World Order with multiple leaders and nations under it with Obama at the helm who is controlling “the Biden”.
The Bible says that these 4 spirits are manifesting on earth at the same time and are fighting with each other over dominion.
