How to add discussions to your channel?

Go to the channel profile, go to edit mode (usually by clicking "Manage channel") and find "Discussion" in the menu. If you click "Add", you will be offered to bind a group to the channel - either one of those you are already a member of (it can even be a group that has nothing to do with the channel) or create a new one.

After you link a group to the channel, all new publications will have a "Comment" button. Remember, comments are subject to the same restrictions as channel discussion: it can be a complete ban on posting stickers or links, or "slow mode", where each participant can post only once every few seconds or minutes. However, non-members can also post comments, as long as you haven't blocked them.
