Anche con i voti del Partito Popolare, l'Europarlamento condanna la Corte Costituzionale polacca che l'anno scorso ha vietato l'aborto in caso di malformazioni del bambino (limitandolo ai casi di stupro, incesto e grave rischio per la salute della madre).

Even with the votes of the Popular Party, the European Parliament condemns the Polish Constitutional Court which last year banned abortion in case of malformations of the child (limiting it to cases of rape, incest and serious risk to the health of the mother).
