Announcement
Starting February 15, a new trading fee system will be introduced on Waves.Exchange. There will be 2 types of fees:
• A
percentage fee for the most liquid pairs. It will be 0.1% of the exchange transaction's amount, but no lower than the equivalent of 0.01 WAVES. The percentage fee will be charged in the asset you spend.
• A
fixed fee of 0.01 WAVES for other pairs.
It will be possible to pay both types of fees in the WX token with a
50% discount (but no lower than the equivalent of 0.01 WAVES for percentage fees).
The new fee policy is meant to bring the order book structure in line with that of centralized exchanges. On top of that, this change will lead to a significant increase in governance fee rewards distributed to WX token holders, and boost of the WX token's profitability.
