A common mistake traders make is quick re-entry. Nobody talks about this so let me explain.

Look at the 15-minute chart, I exited at the blue arrow. Just after my exit, the stock bounced up. An average trader would simply re-enter the trade HOPING that the stock would go up. He does this repeatedly, back and forth, making a larger loss in the same trade. In some trades, he may be proved right but overall, these re-entries would pile up into huge losses.

I am not saying one should never re-enter. Instead, one should have clear and logical re-entry rules.

And for that, you need to have a complete system to trade that has all the rules and guidelines for your trading. To trade like a champion!
